   3. Landing a permanent gig with Otis Rush then onward to the 1st Ann Arbor Blues festival with Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Magic Sam, B.B. King, Lightnin' Hopkins & Junior Wells...

   Episode #5....Billy gets hired by the great Otis Rush in 1966 after a spur of the moment chance encounter audition in an almost empty bar called Mother Blues.  Otis decides to take Billy under his wing and become his mentor for years to follow.
