This Psalmist is a Baltimore native who has been touching lives with her voice for over 20 years. Cookie is no stranger to music and she is passionate about her ministry. She began singing in the children's choir when she was 5 years old at her grandmother's church.

Cookie has appeared on Bobby Jones new artist showcase and came in 3rd place at Amateur Night at the Apollo. Walt Harrington, a former reporter with the Washington Post, devoted an entire chapter to Cookie in his book "Crossings" as well as a cover story for the Washington Post Magazine. She has shared the stage with many artists, to include Ricky Dillard, Isaiah Thomas, Maurette Brown-Clark, CeCe Winans, Marvin Sapp, Dorinda Clark -Cole and a host of others. In addition, she sang The National Anthem for the Washington Wizards, the Monster Truck Jam and a live performance on Fox 45 TV.

As a part of her music endeavors, Cookie also received an opportunity to travel the Atlantic to Rome, Italy and other various cities in Italy where she ministered in numerous Roman Cathedrals and Synagogues - including a performance for the Mayor of Sardinia, Italy.

The Lord has blessed Cookie with a true calling to touch lives through the use of her voice. It is often said "Girl you blessed me" after her performances. It is her prayer that she can continue to be the instrument that God uses to break strongholds, destroy yolks and bring healing and deliverance to all that hear her minister through song.
