Umeh Prince Peter better known professionally in the showbiz as PRINZ or PRINZ JAY, is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter & worship leader. Many of Prinz's Songs became very popular and trendy on social media in line with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay. He was born in Enugu State and raised in Jos, Plateau state, Nigeria.

Career
His passion for music made him move to Abuja to pursue a career as a gospel recording artist. His debut album, an 8 track EP titled "THE CROWN PROJECT" which was distributed by Onerpm was released on 16th May 2020 and to date has gained over 600,000. It has also received several awards and rave reviews on several urban gospel radio stations and playlists across Africa. His sophomore project "The Eucharist" a 5 track EP featuring the renowned saxophonist Tosin Oni and MC Sunny is scheduled for release.
