Henry Ohanga commonly referred by his stage name Octopizzo was born In Kibera, Nairobi, Kenya (considered one of the largest slums in the world). Many of Octopizzo's Songs became very popular and trendy on social media in line with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.

He has managed to release 3 albums over the years namely "Chocolate City," "LDPC," which took no 1 spot on iTunes on its first week of release and "Refugeenius" which he collaborated with over 20 refugees from Kakuma and Dadaab refugee camps.

Octopizzo is a globally recognized artist with a strong passion for community outreach and youth empowerment due to his foundation "Not-For-Profit Octopizzo Foundation" which he founded in 2015 with the aim of uniting the vulnerable youths through arts, music, culture and sports.
He has performed in major events both locally and globally and managed to get endorsed as brand ambassador by several renowned companies like Coca-Cola, Safaricom and Guinness among many more. He has partnered with UNHCR to start a dynamic and powerful initiative called Artists for Refugees which encompasses his love for music, art and culture.
He is indeed the first Kenyan artist to speak up on refugee matters consistently and in a timely fashion making him being identified both in 2014 and 2015 as one of the most Influential personalities speaking on refugee matters on social media. In 2015, he was ranked 16th globally as one of the top voices on refugee matters.
