Engaged in the professional music scene since 2016, Cyfa, a Nigerian singer/songwriter, has cultivated a distinctive style by fusing Afro-Beat, Pop, Fuji, Soul and others.

Born Oki Richard Oluwagbemiga in the Benue State region of Nigeria and originating from Ondo State, Cyfa initiated his musical journey during his early teenage years by recording his compositions. His exposure to the Fuji genre, courtesy of his father's consistent play, coupled with an appreciation for artists such as Frank Edwards, Brymo, Asa, M.I Abaga, 2face Idibia, and other African acts, fuelled his passion for music.
In 2012, he found inspiration in Wizkid, motivating him to pursue a career in music.

Presently, Cyfa creates music that encompasses universal themes such as love, trust, betrayal etc. On October 8, 2021, he unveiled his debut album, "Another Kind of Them," following the release of multiple singles over the years. Concurrently, he inaugurated the annual music festival "AKOTFEST," contributing to the project's success with numerous streams, positive testimonials, and accolades.

Collaborating with renowned music figures like Shirlvin Desir, Owie Abutu, A Mose, Kenny Rivers, and Praise Lubangu, Cyfa has gained recognition on notable Spotify Editorial playlists such as "New Music Friday Christian," "Fresh Gospel Africa," "AfroGospel," and "Be Lifted," among others.

Remaining steadfast in his Christian faith, Cyfa is dedicated to propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ through his music.
