Waking up feeling refreshed and energized in the morning can be achieved with the help of essential oils. I was asked what is the best way to use these precious substances first thing in the morning so here are some of the best ways to use essential oils to kickstart your day on a positive note when the alarm goes off.

These include using your Diffuser with blends like Focus and Clarity and Energy & Vitality or peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus and the citrus oils. You can use your oils in your Rollerblends on your perfume points and temples. You can use an Aroma Mist to stimulate your senses or an aromatic tissue inhalation. Plus a few drops on a face washer at the bottom of the shower will create a beautiful activating wake-up call!
