Howard Prager is President of Advance Learning Group and an author, speaker, executive coach, and leadership consultant with a keen understanding of what leaders need to take the next step in their growth. He has received 8 professional awards for his work in leadership and team development. Howard is a sought-after speaker and workshop leader, a sports columnist, and tuba player bringing his varied skills and insights to all his work, and is an active volunteer, facilitator, and mentor in higher education, professional associations, and youth organizations. Howard built the concept of service-learning, and is the author of the soon-to-be-released book “Make Someone’s Day: Becoming a Memorable Leader for Work and Life.” Howard serves as a lead assessor for ANSI-ANAB in their Certificate Accreditation Program and is an instructor of senior HR courses for the Human Capital Institute. He is a frequent author in journals including Talent Development, Chief Learning Officer, and Industrial Commercial and Training and a co-author of “The Ins and Outs of Subcontracting” and the ATD Workplace Learning and Performance Handbook. Howard is on the board of the Ernest Thompson Seton Institute, Northwest Concert Band, and Chair of the BSA Virtual Walk of Faith Committee. He earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and has a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.
